Short Hills, NJ – Bollinger, Inc. announces the acquisition of Absolute Resource Solutions (ARS) of Flanders and Kenilworth, New Jersey. Principals John Kirkpatrick and Eric Thieringer will join Bollinger as Senior Vice Presidents.
ARS specializes in providing Employee Benefit programs and consulting services to public and privately held companies.
